I wanted to share some of my favorite fall pictures from this year. I love fall, it’s my favorite season. It’s so cozy when the weather starts to cool down and we move into “sit on the couch curled up in a warm blanket with a cup of tea” vibes. Can’t forget my cat Miles sitting next to me, of course. It makes me sad that fall is so short-lived in Denver; last year it seemed like we went straight from summer into winter. This year, on the other hand, it hasn’t snowed yet in Denver, so we are getting an extended fall. I can’t complain, and I’m really enjoying it.
Aspen Alley in Breckenridge
It was raining the day I chose to hike Aspen Alley, but the moody weather made for nice pictures and the yellow Aspen trees really popped. This hike is about 1.5 hours from Denver.

Kenosha Pass
I hiked Kenosha Pass in the fall last year, and it was one of the most beautiful landscape views I’d seen. You get stunning valley views with the mountains in the background. You also get more orange-red leaves in this area, which I’m a big fan of. Surprisingly, this hike is only 1 hour from Denver. As you can see, it did not disappoint!
